Return & Refund Policy

for Refunds and Returns, and Time Limit

  • Circumstances: Refunds and returns are applicable for defective products, wrong shipments, missing items, or if the product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and unused within 7 days of receipt (based on the logistics delivery date).
  • Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
  • Contact Information: The same as above, via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Fees

  • For returns due to product defects, wrong shipments, or missing items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns not covered by these reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

  • Please initiate a return request through our customer service channels to obtain the detailed return address. Alternatively, you can email your return request to mall@jskemao.com, and our customer service team will promptly respond with the return address.

Required by the Customer and Processing Time

  • Customers must ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days and proceed with the refund or exchange accordingly.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once the return request is approved, we will initiate the refund through the original payment method. The refund processing time varies by payment channel but typically takes 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. Please monitor your bank account or third-party payment platform for updates.
